Mextram Bipolar Transistor Model Parameter Extraction Using Python

Abstract

This work implements Mextram 504 parameter extraction using python. A 50 GHz SiGe HBT is used to demonstrate e ectiveness of this developed extraction program. Comparisons with results extracted using built-in mextram 504 parameter extraction package of IC-CAP , excellent agreements are achieved between our python program and IC-CAP.
